Phthalo Blue, Cyan Blue transparent, PB 15:4

This new Phthalo Blue offers exceptional transparency in aqueous mediums compared to our other varieties, making it the perfect choice for watercolors or translucent applications using Dispersion K 52. It binds beautifully in watercolor, egg tempera, casein, and acrylic. When mixed opaquely in oil, it produces a very dark, reddish-blue hue.

Handling Warning: Like all phthalocyanines, this extremely fine, high-tinting pigment requires strict care. It spreads rapidly with careless handling and is notoriously difficult to clean up. We strongly recommend processing this pigment only in a dedicated studio space (never in a living area) and always wearing disposable gloves and dedicated work clothes.
