Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving product that is currently out of stock. A deposit is charged immediately at checkout. If your order requires split shipments (one for in-stock items, one for pre-orders), you will not be charged shipping for the second delivery.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order (or any order) at any time, for any reason. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but may be returned for store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.
