Linseed Stand Oil, 450 P

Linseed Stand Oil is created by heating the oil in an oxygen-free environment. This polymerization process prevents oxidation, allowing the oil to thicken while slightly slowing its drying time. It offers excellent flow and leveling properties, drying to a highly weather-resistant, glossy film. Because it yellows significantly less than cold-pressed or refined linseed oils, it is an ideal choice for crafting your own painting mediums, heavy impasto pastes, and printing varnishes.

Note: Prolonged storage may cause cloudy spots to form in the oil. This is purely cosmetic and will not negatively affect the quality or performance of the medium.
